Recently signed up with Plusnet, pretty sure I did not choose the Voicemail feature when setting the phone options. Dial tone today was strange, called 1571 and had a message. Have used the link previously provided on a forum post to the 'remove call features' page, which informs me I do not voicemail so can't remove it.
Can someone please turn this feature off for me?
