Reinstatement of Call Plan

Recently, owing to a misunderstanding on both the part of Plus Net and myself, my long established Call Plan was cancelled. I have been assured that it will be reinstated today and I should very much appreciate that that has been activated. 

Please confirm that, once again, I can make free calls to 0800, 0845, 01, 02 and 03 numbers.

    Thank you.

Finally, after hours of trying, I managed to chat with a rep. and my problem is solved. 

When Brexit is done and dusted, this ISP industry needs a good shake up.

Isn't it par for the course that it takes ages to make contact?

If I try a phone call at 0738 I'm told that there's a wait of at least ten minutes. Call five minutes later and the wait time is twenty minutes to half an hour. 

With its huge customer base, clearly there's a need for more advisers.

Like I said I'm sorry you had to wait both on the and also for a community response. We've been busy lately and everyone is desperately trying their hardest to work as quickly and efficiently as possible while making sure the service levels are there. New staff are employed all the time but it does take months for them to be able to deal with customer queries and calls, mainly because there's so much training to complete (both regulatory and system) that there's a delay in being customer facing, also I guess it's difficult to predict customers contacts to the centre.
