I have Plusnet home phone and need to check who called me at a certain time on a certain day. I can trawl back through my handset for callers but not on a certain day/time. Can Plusnet help with this if I provide the day/time information, or point me in the right direction to access it? Probably seems a strange question but there is a serious point to this request.

We do not keep incoming calls on record at all, we only record and log calls made from the landline due to possible call charges.
