Recieved Text Message: I have now placed an order to restart the stopped line

The text message was:
I have now placed an order to restart the stopped line at your property and this will be complete on 29/05/2014. As soon as the phone line is active we can then place your broadband order, which will take a further 5 working days to complete.
When ordered the new line i was quoted the 18/06/2014 for line installation and my PlusNet dashboard still says that, so what exactly does that text message mean? Is it going to be ready sooner? or what?
Thanks for any help.
Luke

Re: Recieved Text Message: I have now placed an order to restart the stopped line

It looks like a working line take-over rather than a new installation, so there must be an existing line at your property which can be reactivated at the exchange without needing to send out an engineer, thereby reducing the time-scale.

Hi Luke,
Thanks for the quick chat this afternoon, glad we could arrange the fibre install for the earlier spot!
You should now have confirmation that I placed the order on your support ticket and also via SMS.

Hope this helps and let us know if you need anything more  Wink
