Recent calls

It states under calls made that:
Call data is refreshed every 4 hours from 08:00 to 24:00.
How come then it is often 24 or more hours later when some of my calls show up.  I also note that I still have two calls unconfirmed dating back to 25th May.

looks like the Auto programs having yet another hicup
I have a discrepancy with unconfirmed/confirmed calls
