Recent calls...

My 'recent calls' has not been updated - last shown is 31/10/13.
I make quite a few calls to Spain so need to know how many minutes I have used almost on a daily basis.
Is there a problem ?

Updated this morning so all is good.

I've found in the past that sometimes they are several days behind and other times they are up to date.
I assume the info relies on bt passing it on!

My last 'recent call' is Wed 6th November. I certainly made a few calls over the weekend that should have shown up by now.

Mine have slipped again - last update on 6th November.
This happened a few years ago and took ages to resolve. Looks like the gremlins might be back.
Come on PlusNet, if you offer this as a service then it should work properly !

We're working out one or two small things and are a couple of days behind at the moment, we should be back up-to-date pretty soon, maybe by tomorrow morning.

We're now up to date, please re-check your itemised bills and if there's anything missing, please bear in mind that delays of up to 7 days are not uncommon.
