So much for call data being refreshed every 4 hours.   Mine shows exactly the same as yesterday, despite making several calls after 6pm last evening.
James, is it possible for you to divulge what percentage of Plusnet's broadband customer base also have the Home Phone service?

It's been stated that 4hrs is "out of date".  See here.
Perhaps a small edit to the appropriate web page is needed Smiley

I've got a call made at 21.00 on 03/06/08 still not confirmed.

Thanks Paul.  I had just left for two weeks holiday on the day before Mand posted that so I hadn't seen it until now.
You're right though an amendment should be made to that particular web page as not everybody reads the forums.

Just checked and all my calls since 1st June have now been confirmed, including yesterday evening  Smiley

Yes I do. It may not be affecting the fundamental service (the ability to make and receive calls) but surely call logging is an integral part of billing and if billing isn't accurate then I think an amber service status is warranted.

No change on my account since I posted last.  No new calls showing for the past 48 hours and nothing confirmed since June 6th.
Overall I don't suppose it's that important in the big picture of things, but it has to be something PlusNet will no doubt need to improve on in the near future.

Has there been any news on a resolution of this problem?
Calls still aren't being confirmed (my last confirmed call was on June 1st!).

Same here - nothing confirmed from the 3rd June plus now no new calls showing from the 10th.
Hopefully the fix will be rolled out soon!

Things seem to be up to date again - all my calls have now been confirmed (including calls made between the 10th and the 15th).
