Recent calls not updated


I can't see call updates since 12th Jan. I know I have made calls, and I must be close to if not over my monthly included allowance.
Any idea when this will be updated? If not before my billing date, will any calls above my allowance be rolled over into the next month, or will I be billed retrospectively once the records are updated?
My other car isn't a Ferrari

Last calls logged for me are on the 13th and I know lots of calls have been made since then.

As far as I'm aware we should be up to date with call processing now.
@robr I can see calls showing up to the 17th for your line in both 'recent calls' and 'itemised bill'
@maranello I can't see why the calls you've made aren't showing up, are they to UK landlines/mobile or international numbers?

Hi Chris. Calls were made to UK landlines. No mobile or international calls.

My last calls recorded are 13 January.
A call made to New Zealand weeks ago has still not been recorded. Mand said sometime ago that "we've found a problem with NZ calls, basically some of the destinations have been renamed by BT Wholesale, so we need to update our systems to match. This is why your call is not appearing (because it doesn't match any destination in our system).". Obviously the update hasn't been done, can't really understand why BT has to rename mainland NZ!!!!

There has been no updates on recent calls on a business phone account I administer since the 8th of January - 12 days!

No updates on mine since Jan 9th.  Similarly on my mother-in law's account, although hers is up to date to the 13th Jan.
Strangely though, another account I look after is up to date to the 18th!

You're right, 4 days worth of data all appeared together not long after I posted.  Still seems to be running a couple of days behind though.

I've upped the priority of the problem with the extra examples from this thread. When we have more info we'll post back in here.

Bit of an update, apparently due to the maintenance over last weekend, we switched off call processing. We're catching up but won't be fully up to date until early next week.
