Before the recent improvement to the billing pages, we could see the calls made since the previous bill. No longer. My wife used to check her international calls regularly, but now she can't. I can't find them either. Why not?
Is this deliberate, or did someone simply forget to implement the function?
This page should contain lots of calls to Japan but is clearly empty.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The page you referenced is only for pre-new billing system calls.
Go to https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=mybillsandpayments
and select "View unbilled calls" for calls since your last bill.

As advised by @198kHz please follow these steps and you should be able to view all your current unbilled calls.

Ah, light dawns. I'd been to that page but, as the button 'Unbilled calls' was situated within the page that showed the current bill I had presumed it was simply a list of calls that carried a zero charge. I obviously hadn't looked at the list carefully enough. Thanks.

@cycleboy57 Caught me out too initially. I'm sure you and I are not the only ones to interpret 'Unbilled' as inclusive and 'Billed' as chargeable.
@Dumbledore Perhaps the labels could be clearer?
