Recent Calls not updating

My recent calls has not updated since 10 Jan 2017, have made some calls but not shown.

Is there a problem with this?

I've checked your account and I can see calls made after the 10th.

Feel free to PM me a screenshot of what you're seeing.

Thanks Mathew, yes just checked it again now and it has been updated with last few calls.

This wan't the case when I posted this morning, last call was on the 10th, 8 days ago.

Not sure why this was the case but good that it is working now.

I've just checked ours too - last update 13 Jan

(but at the bottom of the page - Recent Calls - does state "Call data is refreshed every 24 hours)

I'm sure we've made some calls (even though they come under our talk plan)

Hi @DS, I've checked your account and other calls are now showing.

 

Thanks to both of you for flagging this up, although we haven't been able to see this when checking your accounts, I'll flag up the reports to the relevant people so it can be looked in to further internally.

At the time of posting 14:42, the last call showing on the recent calls page is on the 17/01 at 16:41:51.

Does that tie in if what you can see?

Because I'm sure the phone was used yesterday am, but the 'refreshed 24 hour's is up and thus shouldn't that call be showing too? - Please correct me if I'm wrong Wink

Calls made still slow updating, made call on Monday still not showing today.

I have to say what a crappy interface the whole phone control panel is, why aren't there better download options like in pdf etc.

On another note, last month and this month my referrals have the decimal point missing making credits in the hundreds, unfortunately this isn't what is paid Smiley

Your post prompted me to check ours again and yep the last call is showing as made on the 28th. The landline was used yesterday so it's on a go slow again.

I also agree in regards to having it in a PDF format.

Same here, we made a call over 24hrs ago and it's not showing.

Still not updating calls within 24 hours, seems to be 2-3 days behind with call updates.

Is this the norm now, any reason for this?
