Phone problems

i have been having problems with my phone line  si nce nov 10 plusnet say what is the problem there that much intereference on the line you can hardly hear them they will have phone me back on my mobilebloody genies any they will pass to bt   i have phoned them time and time again same thing what is the problem they must be as numb  as nuts  any way now dec13 still no further on time to get in touch wiyh citizens advice  then start looking for a new supplier ps they are still going to bill for the  full monthly amount dont think so

I'm very sorry for the ongoing issues you've had, I can see this has been ongoing for a while now. Looking at the fault we're expecting an update today, so our faults team will chase this up with Openreach for more information asap.
