Permanently withhold number

I am sorry to post in here but I can't seem to open a ticket.

Chat doesn't seem to start and phoning CS, I haven't got 30 mins to wait.

We recently did a home move that took over a month.  Don't ask.

One thing that was not migrated was permanent number withheld.

Could you do action this please.

All the tickets with our home move have been closed and none of the options I can see allow me to just open another ticket.

Once again sorry for gate crashing this question.

Hi magggypoos,

I have the same problem. I have just contacted PN by live chat and was told that the facility was no longer available.

Obviously this doesn't appear to be the case.

Could you please tell me who to contact at PN about this?
