Can someone tell me how do I raise a support ticket for plus.net home phone service (faults.plus.net seems to take me to broadband)?
Loads of people have managed it on this thread, so I guess its easy, but I can't seem to work out how to do it. I got to the page that said 'do you have broadband....' and proceeded to try to check broadband and I also got to the page which said 'I have no open questions'. So I'm not looing for either of those pages, I'm looking for the URI that is 'how to raise a new home phone fault'.
Thanks in advance!!

@old_fogey You can troubleshoot and report phone issues here, please let us know when you've reported it.
Incidentally - what seems to be the issue? A generic test on your phone line has come back with No Fault Found.
Let us know what the issues are - we're more than happy to help.
Thanks
