Hello

My caller display is not working since my recent house move. It just shows "incoming call" and not the number calling. It is shown as "active" on my account, but when I ring #234# the message is the service is not available.

Does someone need to switch it on for me , please.

Hi @dhpaul, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear to hear your caller display isn't active currently. I've looked into this for you and beleive have resolved the issue and you should see the caller display back active on your line by this time tomorrow at the latest. Let us know should issues still persist after.
