Quick voice line test

Hi
Could the  kind  cs people run a quick voice line test on the line.
Its dead (no tone) from the nte with a corded phone.

Hi Webif,
I've responded to the ticket with some own domain checks to carry out as the line test didn't return a fault.
Once the ODC's are completed please let me know if the problem still persists as this will require an engineer's visit to investigate.

Just because the line test didn't return a fault found it doesn't mean that there isn't a fault on your line though. Just give me a shout once you've performed the checks outlined on the ticket and I'll get that progressed for you if required Smiley

Yes will double check things before raising a fault.
I think the fttc side has also been dropping sync, more often than usual , form a quick glance of the the basic radius logs this end.

Your line suffered various disconnections last week, however, it's been stable since Sunday -

See how you get on with the checks and if required we'll carry out further testing from our end depending on your results Smiley

After further NTE5 testing the line is still dead.
Unfortunately could a fault be rasied.
On A side note , the DLM has increased both Interleave depth  & inp ,must be over its ILQ's threasholds as well Sad

I've got that booked in for you on 05/09/2014 between 1PM and 6PM and I've also confirmed it on the ticket. Hopefully it's resolved for you!

I wanted to do the full range of checks before the 5.45- 6pm deadline....  just about made it.  Smiley
The Friday ( 5th ) afternoon is great . {Added a second contact number to the ticket for the engineer}

Call charges have a appeared at a rapid rate.
Please could every call starting at from 09:01:21  2nd September be flagged and stopped.
These calls have clearly not  be made from this household.

I've now had family contacting me (via mobile) , saying somebody else has my number when they try and phone my Plusnet line.
The family / friends state the other person is convinced  its their new number!
There's the big clue on whats happened here.  Sad
This is now becoming a major inconvenience.

Hopefully this will get fully resolved with your appointment this afternoon. I will keep an eye out to make sure that your invoice also gets fairly credited for the calls not made on your part.
