My sister has broadband with Plus in her name, but the BT line is in her hubbys name.
She wants to switch home phone to plus and wants it to be in her name, is this possible with out ceasing the BT line?
Thanks

Hi there,
We don't actually submit the account holder details on a transfer so they would stay in the original name to begin with.
We would then be able to change them afterwards though.

A different question.
I am presently paying £21.99 a month for my PlusNet Broadband. I think I had the high rate as I used to do some hosting.
I want to switch from BT to Plus Net for my phone and retain my Broadband account without the hosting. I was looking at 'Option 2' when following the links from the home page. Sent an email a while ago from which I never received a response. Can I arrange this and what is the best way to do this?

Yep, you can arrange both of these by selecting the Upgrade link in the member centre.
Adding Home Phone will take around 14 days in total, and the change in broadband product will happen at the end of your current billing period.

Thanks Mand.
If I move phone, do I have to inform BT?

When I moved line to PlusNet, earlier this year, I didn't notify BT and everything went smoothly.
