Question on phone bill - not a complaint

On my current bill under Other there are two items
One is a call to an 0845 number - cost zero
Why is this not included in Land Line Calls
The other is call return 15p which I understand

Isn't the call return when you do 1471 then press a key to dial the number back ?

I believe it's just the way our system breaks up the calls you've made and a number that starts with 0845 isn't deemed a land line number so it goes under "Other".
