Could somebody PLEASE look into this for me? I have had no phone or broadband for 8 days now. I have explained to everybody I’ve spoken to that the fault lies in my property, when SSE replaced a DPole last week they apparently pulled my phone line/cable too tight l, it’s snapped somewhere along the line and now I have no connection. OR have said they’ve fixed the problem at the green box half a mile down the road (they haven’t) but it’s seemingly impossible to get them to come to my property where the fault lies. I have no means of communication at home, except ever diminishing 4G with a terminally ill mother I have to keep in daily contact with, and trying to work from home.
