Question 133719679

I have been assigned the question 133719679 but don't see it in my members section except for a screen shot and a link back to customer services.

Does this mean that I have to wait  1 hour on a web chat to further the conversation that I was promised would be continued once chat was disconnected to test my line?

Re: Question 133719679

Thanks old Jim, nothing shows in the messages because Plusnet only looks like it has a facility to show messages started by a customer and not ones started by an employee....very frustrating but typical of previous attempts for assistance from Plusnet. I will raise a ticket (my usually reply time is between one and two days) in the mean time I have no phone line and no way of speaking to any one except via chat. I had just broken my record for the quickest chat response of 37 minutes to be cut off....as you can see from attached transcript he just cut-off mid chat

Re: Question 133719679

you should see both so either they didn't do what they said or it is a closed ticket - which is equally wrong

Re: Question 133719679

That's what I would normally expect but Plusnet has a strange way of doing things, the email is attached that shows they created the question over an hour ago and it still does not show in my messages. In the past my issues take a few days in which I get apologies and excuses that they are extremely busy at the moment. I have also never received a penny of compensation for the time I am not able to use their service.....you might think it's strange why I don't leave...it's because my previous provider was just as bad!!

Unfortunately this is the answer.

I've passed feedback on regarding this and I've raised a new (Open) ticket that you should be able to view here.

I hope this helps.
