Putting me on wrong product

We need to place the order for your phone service once the broadband order has completed. Our support team will pick up this ticket and advise you of the order date once we have placed it.

Account has gone from broadband only to broadband and WLR as chosen by the customer - the broadband order has been placed, please place the WLR order once the broadband order completes. The customer has chosen 'Plusnet Weekends'
Did not choose Plusnet weekends - product is unlimited fibre and calls

***Internal*** eu wants HP and fttc, however if this was placed via WP then the orders would both cancel. I have placed the modify order as eu states that fttc is what he wants first so once completed please place a HP transfer order, and the account will need upgrading to unlimited fibre (current fair deal offer)"

I've just got the necessary order placed for the transfer of your telephone service.
I'm expecting this to move to us in around 10 working days. I've selected Anytime Calls, as you requested.
