Provider override service 132 access to C&W Homeconnect, ok on BT, not on PN

My phoneline has just been switched from BT Retail to Plusnet and the C&W Homeconnect override service which is used by my employer to pay for all business calls I make from my domestic line has ceased to work. C&W have confirmed that everything is setup at there end. They suggested I check with Plusnet as they may need to something to allow this overide service to work.
Any advice anyone? Anyone else using the 132 access code?

It is now working, thank you. Must have been a settling in period 🙂
What was happening for a short while was, I dialled 132 followed immediately by the full number I wanted to call (as I always have done) and after a brief period, it returned to the dial tone.
