Product change.

Is there a best time in the month to change from Talk Anytime to Talk Evenings & Weekends? Or would I be correct in thinking that the change may be made anytime but takes effect at the next billing date? Smiley
An unjustified 50p increase in Talk Anytime has cost PN £4.50/month from the 1st October! Sad I'll now just use mobile 'phone included minutes for all "normal" daytime calls and use an alternative for 0845 daytime calls.
If I hadn't recently paid LRS my 'phone service and broadband would be going elsewhere.

Hi there,
You can schedule a change at any time in the month.

Re: Product change.

However with respect to your LRS - does it include evenings and weekends or no calls - depends when you first took it out
If it doesn't include calls there is a charge for evenings and weekends which is presently £1.50

Re: Product change.

James - thanks for that.
Thanks Jim - yes, my LRS (2nd year renewal) does include evening and w/end calls.
A 12.5% multi inflation beating rise, yes only 50p/month I know, is not acceptable. Sad
