?Product change request

On my home phone control panel (call features tab) the following appears in a yellow box.


"Thanks - we'll start processing your product change request. Please note, as today is your billing date you might be charged for your old product until the new one can be activated. This will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and will appear on your next invoice. "

Problem is I haven't requested any change. Can anyone shed light here please?

I'm not sure why that's showing on your account.

I've raised this for further investigation but it appears to be purely cosmetic so it shouldn't affect your bill.
