I requested a change from Anytime+ to E+W which should have taken place on my next billing date (21/5/09) as per these *two* service notices on my account - SN68771969 and SN68776098. However, my account is showing Talk E+W as active now (although I should still have to the 21st available on Anytime+) and payment has been taken for my calls on Anytime+. My credit limit has also been reset to £55 for the remainder of the month.
My only concern is that I will be billed for daytime calls made between now and my billing date when I've paid in advance for Anytime+ up to that date.
Could someone please take a look at my account and tell tell me whether this is the case or not?
Edit - Resolved by PM. Daytime calls will be refunded once billing date passed.

An update on this:
Billing have refunded the amount of overpaid subscription for Anytime+.
No need to work out how many daytime calls would need refunding now
Problem solved
