On two occasions recently, callers have told me that they have phoned me, received an engaged signal but have not been given the option of leaving a message.
I have tested 1571 using my mobile phone and and have found no problem.
Does anyone know of an intermittent fault with 1571 - I have no reason to doubt the callers.

Can you go through the troubleshooting on this page and report it to us using the link on there if you're still having issues, there should be an option in the troubleshooter to choose 'messaging service' or similar.
