Before @RobPN tells me about it, I note the document states the switchoff has been pushed back to January 2027.

However, this is a BTWholesale document, not an OpenReach one. There is still no sign of anything which states that WLR Contract terminations by OR won't happen on 31st December 2025.

That suggests that PDLP has no applicability to the Plusnet cohort, given that Plusnet has never supplied voice-only PTSN services.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
