Positive feedback - online changes to phone add-ons.

I think it's true that people post mostly because there's something wrong. I'm never backward about complaining myself but I think that places an obligation on me to say so when things go well.
I look after my daughters account and she recently got a phone that required CLI and she also wanted the answering service enabled. I logged in to her account and made the changes online - all done and working perfectly the next morning.
The curmudgeon in me could say it was no more than I should expect but I was very pleased how smoothly it went.Thank you.

Don't changes to add ons take place at next month billing date not immediately.

@Tigger127 - Just to add to @Oldjim's response, any changes to your call package will happen on the next billing date.
So have there changes?

It's just an added Call Feature, not a change of package.

I thought it was the charging that created the delay until next billing period.
So chargeable call features can be added immediately but chargeable package changes cannot?
It appears that I misunderstood but that's not difficult with anything Plusnet.
