Porting landline number from Virgin to PlusNet

Hi Just had a chat with one of your advisers and was told I couldn't transfer my number from Virgin. I have always been able to transfer my number before, so why is it no longer possible.

Is the number currently provided at the same address that you want our services provided at?

Would you mind PMing Me the number you're wanting to port over, along with the address and I'll check a few things.
