Plusnet vs BT for easeof reporting faults
BT customers are able to quickly report faults but it takes ages with plusnet, especially as tickets are often left marked as still open even though it has been reported that they are working again. This often leads to confusion especially with the local openreach engineers phoning me as my mobile number is used for a few accounts. Others using plusnet on our exchange don't have the time and expect me to report faults for them and it takes far too long to login and out for each account when as now all the phones are down. BT customers on our exchange tell me that they have been able to report other BT numbers at the same time as their own.
Initially myself, followed by others on our exchange moved from BT to Plusnet as it was easier to report any problems but now the reverse seems to be the case,
