Yes, these calls are subject to charges after 60 minutes, so don't forget to hang up and redial if needed.

That's a good point, although as a former BT operator I can't envisage spending over an hour on the phone with a normal handset. I use a headset with Skype and would not be particularly happy with over an hour on that.
