Plusnet to Plusnet calls

My Mum is a Plusnet customer and I wondered if I have to add her telephone no somewhere to enable inclusive calls?

As long as Plusnet supply landline phone services to both of you, you don't have to do anything else, although note that the free calls are still limited to 60 minutes without redialling.
