Can I just seek confirmation that calls between Plusnet home phone customers are free at any time regardless of tariff, even if one or both parties are on tariffs which are no longer available (e.g. Inclusive Evenings and Weekends)?

Confirmed by Ben
Quote from: Ben Plusnet to Plusnet calls are still inclusive and theoretically limited to 60 minutes
I am not sure why "theoretically". Best to redial before 60 minutes and be safe.

Thanks all for confirming what I thought - I had taken the 60 minutes limit on a free call as read!

Plusnet-to-Plusnet calls are defined at the caller's product level, independent of the call recipient's product, etc. They should be limited to 60 minutes but I have seen some cases of calls going over 60 minutes and not picking up charging - this is currently under investigation and will be raised / fixed in due course - as such, keep them under 60 mins to avoid any surprises
