Plusnet to Plusnet Call time limit

Hi there

Can you tell me if the 1 hour time limit applies to Plusnet to Plusnet calls. I can understand it on calls to other providers but on direct calls it seems odd.

The page which should make it clear doesn't, but the consensus in this thread appears to be that at one time the limit did not apply, but now it does.

I think.

I'd be inclined to assume that it does and re-dial anyway.

It does apply.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As Townman has advised, the 60 minute limit does apply when calling a Plusnet landline number from your Plusnet landline.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
