Please advise; Firstly I cannot figure out why I am being charged land line only call barring charge. What is it and why has it suddenly appeared on my bills. I can't view a breakdown of my bills as I used to so I can't figure out why I'm slowly being charged more money than what I signed up for. Second, I switched off safe guard and am now unable to switch it back on.
I've checked your last few bills and I can't see where we've charged you this. You'd only get charged this if you reached the credit limit on your home phone or if your payment fails and you don't pay the outstanding balance within 14 days of it failing.
With regards to Safeguard, we're aware of an issue with changing the settings and we've been advised this will be fixed later this afternoon.
