Plusnet call protect not activating.

Plusnet call protect not activating.

I selected Plusnet call protect about 2.5 weeks ago, and since then it's only showing waiting activation.
I did speak to a member of Plusnet staff last weekend, and they said activation had become stuck and it should be enabled in 24 hours, this was over 3 days ago and it's still not activated.
Is there any member of Plusnet staff who could investigate this please.

Hi Jason,
Whilst your account still shows awaiting activation, the feature is enabled on the line last Friday afternoon. (I've raised a task to our billing team to fix your account). What happens when you dial 1572 from your home phone handset?

Hi Gandalf, I can confirm the feature is working now.
I have dialed 1572 and the call protect menu options are available to me.
