Plusnet call protect is not the same as BT Call Protect

I have had call protect added to my service but I have just confirmed by Chat that it is not possible to manage the call list and settings online (I had searched in vain on the website) an there are no plans to allow this.  Rather disappointing given it is surely just using the bt facility which does allow online use - see http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/56986/~/bt-call-protect---how-to...-guide

Come on plusnet please add this.

Similar but not the same.  As I pointed out you cannot manage it online as you can with BT see section

You are stuck with managing it via the number menu system, fine for adding numbers singly.  When you want to see what you've setup wouldn't a webpage with a list be so much easier?

 

I've signed up for it.  Just a pity it's not identical to the BT feature.

I'm afraid it's correct that we currently can't update the call protect lists online as you can on BT and that there are unfortunately no plans for this functionality currently.

 

Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

 

Feedback has already been passed on regarding this and imagine we'll let people know here in the forums/blogs if this does change.
