I know that Plusnet landine to Plusnet landline calls are inclusive but I take it that Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile calls are not inclusive?

Re: Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile Calls

@ckcomputing,

I rather think that this question refers to the unqualified Plusnet phone to Plusnet phone statement - does it mean just land line to land line or does it apply to mobile / land line to land line / mobile calls?

Re: Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile Calls

I'm pretty sure it's just landline, though the wording needs to be changed otherwise confusion will arise

Re: Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile Calls

I agree, but someone is going to try to make issue out of that not being explicitly qualified.

Re: Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile Calls

Must admit that I thought that calls from my PN landline. would be free to my newly acquired PN Mobile SIM - but didn't check the ts and cs as that isn't the reason for going for the mates rates deal!

Re: Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile Calls

Thanks for flagging Strat. Plusnet landline to Plusnet mobile calls aren't included in your line rental.

I'm passing feedback on regarding the wording.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Perhaps they could/should be...?

And vice versa.

Re: Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile Calls

At least calls from the pn mobile to landline are included in the call package and the majority of those have unlimited minutes

Re: Plusnet Landline to Plusnet Mobile Calls

I only asked the question as I recently made a very brief test call from my PN landline to my PN mobile.

I received a 36p charge which naturally I'm not concerned about but it prompted the query.

The text in the quote in my opening post was obviously written prior to Plusnet Mobile's existence.
