Plusnet Call Protect

I have just noticed that when trying to setup the Call Protect by dialling 1572 that I get the message that the service cannot be connected. I have checked the member centre and Call protect is shown as being active, can anyone help?

It looks like when you tried to add it, it didn't go through successfully with the supplier. We've added it manually for you and it should be on in about an hour. -Tony
