I requested this service on my landline over a year ago and it is still awaiting activation. Could someone please activate it or tell me why not? Please message me with what details you require.

I've just fixed the stuck call feature for you so you should see Call Protect as active in your account now.
Having said that it looks like this was actually successfully added onto your phone line on 27/04/18 despite it being stuck on your account since then so you should've been able to use the service.
Either way you'd be able to use it now by dialling 1572.
