Plusnet Call Protect (Awaiting activation)
I tried to activate Call Protect about a week ago. Since then it has been stuck at "Plusnet Call Protect (Awaiting activation)"
Is this normal? It seems from a search of the forums that this is a common problem and often requires some support intervention?

Got the exact same issue.
Been waiting on Call Protect and Voicemail activation all week. I'm also due to renew my contract soon to avoid a monthly price increase and have a '...phone order in progress.' error when I try.
