Plusnet Call Protect (Awaiting activation)

Hello,

 

I tried to activate Plusnet Call Protect a while back and it has been showing as 'Awaiting activation' for a while now. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Can one of the PN guys please help and activate?

There can be issues getting this working if there's another product on the line that's incompatible with it.

i have responded to the ticket.

i was not aware that anonymous call reject was active on my line, this is not something that I requested.

Sadly I got a message to say that Voicemail has been added (when not requested) and PlusNet Call Protect has been removed from my account (when i needed it activating).

 

I would be grateful if you could please REMOVE voicemail from my home phone account and ADD PlusNet Call Protect to my line.

The call protect should now be active and I've placed a order to remove voicemail for you.

It should all be sorted within the hour
