Plusnet Call Protect Awaiting activation for several months

I asked for Call Protect to be activated several months ago, but (on checking today on why I had been given Caller Display without asking), I find it is still awaiting activation despite several phone calls and various explanations at the time.  I don't have a serious problem with unwanted calls, but am curious to know why this feature is still 'Awaiting Activation' (along with Voicemail, but I didn't ask for that anyway) after all this time.

I have had a look into this and can see exactly what you are talking about. 

 

I have tried to rectify this today, however your account appears to have a current call feature change going through, which is preventing me from amending any of this. 

 

I shall ensure this is checked on Monday and you are updated accordingly.
