Plusnet Call Protect Awaiting activation/ cannot enable caller display

Thnk it's been a couple of months now since I tried to activate Call Protect. Since then it's been stuck on awaiting activation. Becase of this (presumably) I cannot add caller display to my line.

 

What now?

Sorry to hear this.

I've raised a task to get the account summary updated.

In the meantime call protect and caller display should be added to your line shortly
