My phone line and broadband have gone down, no dial tone, flashing red light and can't get hold of anyone via customer services. Very little data connection here.
I'm disabled and unable to leave the house and am trying to work from home in a rural area - can anyone help?

Hiya @Kay265, I can see my colleague has already picked this up and responded over on Twitter for you. There's a fault on the line been detected but Adam has ownership and will monitor this for you.

Very many thanks to Adam and the quick response from both Plusnet and BT, my line was fixed within a day. People are quick to criticise when things go wrong but not praise when it goes right. Thank you to you all for being there at this time.
