Hi, I am just in month 2 of my broadband and home phone contract, its totally my fault but I somehow selected 'evenings and weekends' free call time, but what I actually want is 'anytime UK' calls. I can't get to speak to, or message customer service and I can't do this on line as it keeps saying 'I have an order currently being processed', which I don't!! Please please help me make this upgrade?
