I've been to the relevant section of my account by answer phone is green and no way to un tick it. Thanks

Hi Dave, live chats off at the moment but I'll have another go tomorrow. Only went live today but annoying you cant untick the answerphone from control panel, its visible but doesn't uptick.

There doesn't seem to be any way to get to the page that you specified via the Member Centre. Why is that?

It's on the Home Phone Control Panel page [accessed by going to Phone Calls on the left hand side]

When you select Call Features, it's defaulted to Add call features but there's a link to Remove call features as below.

Apologies for hijacking this thread but I'd also like to disable answerphone (voicemail) on my line (or extend the time before it goes to answerphone). It is on on my line even though the call features page show it as not active. My wife is disabled and often cannot reach the phone before it goes to answerphone, which is very annoying for her.

It should be gone shortly, although we have to advise up to 1 working day for the order to remove the feature, to complete.
