Please can someone from Plusnet help to disable 1571 from my landline as I am unable to make any changes via the website, customer services is unobtainable as is live chat?
I urgently need 1571 disabled as this is unhelpful and causing me issues. My Father has recently died and I don't want to run the risk of missing urgent/important calls by having to dial 1571 all the time. I just want people calling to get an engaged tone when I am on the phone. Thank you.
