Pick up Voicemail

Hi, I have just signed up to Plusnet for my business and things will takeover next week. Unfortunately I will be at home recovering from surgery and wondered if I could listen to the 1571 messages left at my business from my home, Is this possible? I use to have this facility with BT and would still love to be able to do this, then i never miss a message.

I’m sorry to see you’ve had to have surgery, hope you make a full recovery!

You should be able to by adding on ‘Voicemail Extra’ through your account’s phone tab online. There’s a good guide here which explains how to set it up and use it https://www.plus.net/help/phone/call-features/
