Phoneline fault - Ongoing issue - no dial tone

Hi, my phoneline has been down for several weeks now. The problem is one cable is disconnected on the pole causing no dial tone and 1mbit connection from normal 15mbit.
Openreach have come out however have not been able to fix due to needed temporary traffic lights and 2 people? Plusnet have no new information as to when this will be fixed and have not been responding to online tickets. I understand there will be delays due to covid but I have given up ringing customer service as it always takes 45 mins to get through.
Please can you give me an update on this and get it fixed soon as I am paying far to much for unusable broadband
