I have logged a question (Question #93817248) through the support portal but as of yet no response.
Our phone line is somehow making our handsets believe that there is a constant incoming call, if we answer any handset we get the most horrendous and loud pulsing noise through the handset. I have tried disconnecting all devices and filters and connecting a single handset to the Master socket but no change. Bizarrely the broadband is completely unaffected and performs normally.
Please advise?

Hi, i also have dead phone line, I live in south west london, do you also? In my case I am told its a faulty cable and roads will have to dug up, no line between 12 October and at least 18 November - the due to be fixed date
